As you may be aware, the Retail Design Institute is the new identity for the Institute of Store Planners. The new name is accompanied by our new website and vastly improved functionality. Our new website features include: An events system that allows you to sign up for events online. Renewed online membership application. Members can maintain their own membership details. We look forward to adding more functionality and welcome suggestions via our 'Contact Us' page about how we can serve the retail design industry through this website.
About the Retail Design Institute Our members include architects, graphic designers, lighting designers, retail interior and store designers, visual merchandisers, resource designers, brand strategists, educators, trade partners, suppliers to the retail industry, media, educators and students.

Retail Design Awards 2011 
The Retail Design Institute's Retail Design Awards 2011 for the best creative use of a retail space will be open for entries soon. The 2010 awards night, held on the 26th of May in Melbourne, was a great success. Thank you to all our 2010 entrants and the judges Abigail Pugh from AMP, Andrew Falson from GPT, Robyn Lindsay from Geyer Design, Deborah Pool from Westfield and Sara Brims from Colonial First State The standard of entries was extremely high and has showcased the level of retail design in this country. for more details click here |
